Sentinel slide continues as paper sales continue to tumble

Sales of The Sentinel newspaper, based in Stoke-on-Trent, have hit a new low in its 162 year history, according to the latest circulation figures released by the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC), which shows average daily sales in June 2016 of 27,167. This is a 40% decline on The Sentinel sales just 4 years ago of 48,155 copies. …

158 drivers fail breath test over Christmas in Staffordshire

Figures released by Staffordshire Police following an anti-drink/drug driving campaign in December showed a slight reduction of drivers who tested positive. First UK-wide tour of Anglo-Saxon gold from the Staffordshire Hoard #WarriorTreasures
